Can I download iTunes rentals onto my 5th generation video iPod?
I just rented Pirates 3, and I sync’d my 5th generation iPod with video and it didn’t get on there. I have it on my computer… I just don’t know how to get it on my iPod. In the add it shows the movie Ratatoulli on an iMac and and iPod Touch. How come it won’t go on my iPod?
No can do. Rentals are not supported on 5th gen iPods. i have the same problem and emailed Apple. They gave a very friendly, customized response and suggested I submit feedback online (http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html). I am reading online that a lot of users are frustrated with this, so maybe Apple will rectify with a software update…
